Meet Martina

After more than 15 years in New York City, Martina Asgari-Majd has built a respected career in event production and brand experience. Her entrepreneurial ventures are rooted in both passion and proven expertise. Before launching her own business, Martina held roles across product development, project management, and experiential marketing at brands including Coach, Victoria’s Secret, Aerie, and Showfields, where she served as Head of Events and Programming. In that role, she led brand activations for major clients such as American Express, Pinterest, Lillet, GoDaddy, and LUSH, among others.

Her love for design, the people, the experiences, and the challenges, became building blocks for her future endeavors. Personable, ambitious, and determined to make your experience memorable, Martina strives to bring your vision to reality. From concept creation to execution, Martina is a visionary with a mind for planning remarkable events.

Martina’s strong pull toward events began in the nightlife capital of the United States - Miami Beach - where she was raised. In June 2020, Martina founded Clean Up Crews, a volunteer organization which dedicated itself to community building through environmental activism. The organization hosted weekly litter clean ups throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan during the Covid-19 pandemic. Martina currently splits her time between Washington D.C. and Brooklyn, NY.
